One assistant. More capable glasses.

Veyra brings the phone and glasses together, so voice, vision, tools, and context feel like one continuous experience.

01

Live AI conversation

Speak naturally with Gemini Live or OpenAI Realtime, interrupt mid-answer, mute the mic, and keep the transcript visible on your phone.

02

Vision from your glasses

Use the glasses camera during an assistant session, test the live preview, capture photos, read text, and scan QR codes when those tools are enabled.

03

Useful voice tools

Set timers and reminders, control active media, check phone and glasses connection status, save a memory note, or control supported Google Home devices.

04

Made for more languages

Choose English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, or German. Veyra follows your app language for its voice and offers a localized wake phrase with a built-in test.

05

Conversation continuity

Review archived conversations from the Assistant drawer, search the history, start fresh, and find the exchange you need without digging through settings.

How to use Veyra.

Start with the screen or setting named below, then speak naturally. These are the quickest paths to Veyra’s everyday features.

Live AI conversation

Tap Start Assistant and just talk. Interrupt the assistant mid-answer whenever you need to, or use the mute button to pause the mic.

Voice tools

Ask naturally to run timers and reminders, control active media, save a memory note, or check device status.

Try saying: Set a timer for 10 minutes · Remind me to call mom at 6 · Pause / Next · Remember this… · What’s my phone battery?

Vision

Open the Camera test tab for a live glasses-camera preview and photo capture. Enable QR Bar Scan and OCR in AI Settings to scan codes and read text through the glasses.

Translate

Open the Translate tab to start live translation.

Google Home

Once connected, control supported lights and switches by voice.

Approval required. Google Home tester slots are limited. Request access first; once approved, enable Google Home in Settings and connect your Google account.

Request access

Try saying: Turn off the living room lights · Dim the bedroom lamp

Conversation history

Open the Assistant drawer to browse or search past conversations, delete one, or start a fresh conversation.

Wake word

Go to Settings → Wake-up, enable the wake word, and use the built-in test mode to check your phrase before going hands-free.

Languages

Choose English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, or German in Settings. The assistant’s spoken voice follows your selection.

Download Veyra for iOS.

Sideload the unsigned IPA through SideStore or AltStore. A free Apple ID is all you need — sideloaded apps refresh every 7 days with a 3-app installation limit on free accounts.

IPA hosted on Google Drive

Set up SideStore — install Veyra step by step

SideStore installs the unsigned Veyra IPA with a free Apple ID. Pick the path that fits you — both end with installing veyra-ios-2.0.ipa in SideStore. If you have a computer handy, use that track; it works on every supported iOS version.

Works on all supported iOS versions · The path to use on iOS 18–26.7

  1. Get the tools on your computer

On a Windows PC, install iTunes from Apple’s website — not the Microsoft Store — and AltServer from altstore.io. On a Mac, you’ll use Finder and AltServer. On either computer, download the official SideStore IPA from sidestore.io.

  2. Connect your iPhone

Connect your iPhone to the computer by cable, unlock it, and tap Trust on both devices when asked. Keep the iPhone unlocked for the next steps.

  3. Sideload SideStore with AltServer

In AltServer, choose Sideload .ipa, select your iPhone and the SideStore IPA you downloaded, and sign in with your Apple ID when prompted.

  4. Trust the app and enable Developer Mode

On your iPhone, go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and trust the developer app. Then go to Settings → Privacy & Security, enable Developer Mode, and restart if iOS asks you to.

  5. Create and import the pairing file

On the computer, run JitterbugPair while the iPhone is connected and unlocked to generate the pairing file. Transfer the .mobiledevicepairing file to your iPhone — AirDrop or a cloud drive both work — and import it in SideStore when SideStore asks for it.

  6. Set up the SideStore VPN

Install WireGuard from the App Store, import the SideStore config, and turn the SideStore VPN on whenever you install or refresh apps in SideStore.

  7. Install Veyra in SideStore

Open SideStore, sign in with the same Apple ID you used in AltServer, then go to My Apps → +, pick veyra-ios-2.0.ipa — the file you downloaded from this page — and install it.

Free Apple ID limits: Apps signed with a free Apple ID expire after 7 days, and you can have 3 sideloaded apps at once including SideStore itself. Open SideStore and refresh before day 7 so Veyra keeps opening.

v24 October 2026

Livestreaming, Snap & Translate, and a workout logger

Go live on Twitch or YouTube straight from the glasses — YouTube streams over its plain RTMP endpoint, since the secure one can’t complete its handshake with iOS — with Twitch chat read aloud in your ear, Snap & Translate turns signs and menus into your language, log workouts by voice, and pick ChatGPT (OpenAI) as your assistant alongside Gemini — now on iPhone.

What Veyra does on iPhone.

The essentials of the Veyra experience — conversation, vision, translation, and payments — tuned for iOS.

01

Go Live

Stream from the glasses to Twitch or YouTube at 720p from the new Live tab — Twitch chat is read aloud in your ear while you stream, and custom RTMP(S) endpoints are supported. One honest caveat: YouTube connects over its plain RTMP endpoint (rtmp://a.rtmp.youtube.com/live2), because YouTube’s secure ingest servers fail their TLS handshake with iOS — so your YouTube stream key crosses the network unencrypted, and it’s worth resetting it in YouTube Studio after streaming on Wi-Fi you don’t trust. Twitch uses the secure connection as normal, and streaming is foreground-only.

02

Snap & Translate

Photograph a sign or menu with the glasses from the Translate tab and read it in your target language — with a listen button to hear it spoken.

03

Workout logger

Log sets by voice — “log bench press, 60 kilos, 8 reps” — and ask for a spoken summary. The Workout screen on Home keeps your history and includes a rest timer.

04

Gemini or ChatGPT

Settings lets you pick Gemini or OpenAI (ChatGPT Realtime) as the assistant, using your own API key either way. Translate stays on Gemini.

05

Live AI conversation

Real-time voice conversations with your choice of Gemini or ChatGPT — Gemini 3.8 Live by default, with 3.1 Flash Live or a custom model ID on Gemini. Barge in to interrupt, mute the mic, say the stop phrase, and follow the live transcript.

06

Live Translate

Speech-to-speech translation in the dedicated Translate tab, with auto-detect source and a swap button.
English · Hindi · Spanish · French · German · Italian · Portuguese · Russian · Japanese · Korean · Chinese · Arabic · Bengali · Tamil · Telugu · Marathi · Gujarati · Kannada · Malayalam · Punjabi · Urdu · Turkish · Dutch · Thai · Vietnamese · Indonesian

07

Vision

Tap the Look button to send a glasses photo frame into the conversation and ask “what am I looking at?”. The camera screen — opened from the Test Camera tile on Home — adds a live glasses preview, photo capture, and 360p or 720p video recording saved to Photos. Veyra’s five tabs are Home, Assistant, Translate, Live, and Settings.

08

QR payments

Scan a payment QR with the glasses, hear the payee and amount read aloud, and say “pay” after confirming. Works with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Venmo, and Cash App.

09

Hands-free start

Start the assistant without opening Veyra: “Start assistant on launch”, an Add-to-Siri voice phrase, an iPhone Action Button shortcut opening veyra://assistant, or a glasses touchpad-hold automation.

10

Conversation history

Every conversation lands in a searchable sidebar with auto-generated titles. Swipe any entry to delete it.

11

Spoken-language pinning

Pin the assistant’s spoken voice to System, English, Spanish, Portuguese, or French. The assistant answers in your pinned language.

12

Smart mic routing

The glasses Bluetooth mic takes over whenever it is connected; the iPhone mic and speaker handle the rest. The camera stream — and its LED — never starts just from talking.

Setup guide

From IPA to your first conversation.

Follow these steps once, in order. Your glasses should stay nearby and connected throughout setup.

  1. Prepare the Meta AI app

Pair your glasses and confirm they are connected. In the Meta AI app, open Settings → App Info and tap the app version 5 times. Then go to Settings → your glasses → Developer Mode, turn it on, and tap Install beside “DAT SDK version: Not installed.”

  2. Sideload the IPA

Install veyra-ios-2.0.ipa with SideStore or AltStore using a free Apple ID. iOS 17.2 or later is required — sideloaded apps must refresh every 7 days, with a 3-app installation limit on free accounts.

  3. Register your glasses

On Veyra’s Home screen, tap Register glasses. Registration completes in the Meta AI app, then brings you back to Veyra.

  4. Add a Gemini API key

At aistudio.google.com, choose Get API key → Create API key. Paste it into Settings → Advanced → Gemini API key, then tap Test connection to confirm it works.

The key stays on your device. Web search through the assistant needs a billed API key.

  5. Grant permissions

Allow Microphone, Bluetooth, and Local Network when Veyra asks. Also allow add-only photo-library access so camera captures and recordings save to Photos.

  6. Start talking

Tap Start Assistant and talk naturally. It works on the glasses mic when connected, or on the iPhone mic and speaker otherwise.

  7. Go hands-free (optional)

Set an Add-to-Siri phrase, map the iPhone Action Button to veyra://assistant, or set up the glasses touchpad-hold automation to start the assistant without touching your phone.

Setup guide

From APK to your first conversation.

Follow these steps once, in order. Your glasses should stay nearby and connected throughout setup.

  1. Install the APK

Download Veyra, allow Install unknown apps when Android asks, then tap Install anyway on the Play Protect warning. That warning is expected for sideloaded apps.

  2. Prepare the Meta AI app

First, confirm your glasses are paired and connected. In Meta AI, open Settings → App Info and tap the app version 5 times. Then go to Settings → your glasses → Developer Mode, turn it on, and tap Install beside “DAT SDK version: Not installed.”

  3. Register your glasses

On Veyra’s home screen, tap Register glasses. Approve access in the Meta AI app when it opens, return to Veyra, and tap Connect.

  4. Add a free Gemini API key

At aistudio.google.com, choose Get API key → Create API key. Paste it into Settings → Advanced → Gemini API key, then tap Check Connection and look for “Connection OK.”

The key is stored encrypted on your phone and is only sent to Google’s API.

  5. Grant permissions

Allow Microphone for voice conversations. When the Meta AI app prompts, allow Camera for QR and barcode scanning, OCR, and “what am I looking at?” questions.

  6. Start talking

Tap Start Assistant. For hands-free starts, enable the wake phrase under Settings → Wake-up. “Hey Glasses” is the default and is off until you enable it.
